Taskriz and Content Snare
Both collect what you need from people outside your business, without an account. Content Snare is built for chasing clients for documents and information on one request; Taskriz lets your Agent send a screen made for each request and carry on from the answer.
In short
Content Snare
A tool for collecting documents and information from clients: a request builder and templates, a simple client portal, approvals and automatic reminders by email and SMS.
Taskriz
A service for reaching people outside your business. Your Agent sends a customer, contractor or supplier a request whose screen it designs (choices, dates, photos, documents), and gets the answer back as structured data. People answer from the link they’re sent, with no app and no account, and each answer can lead to the next request in the same conversation.
What they share
- No account for the person. Clients answer Content Snare from a unique link; people answer Taskriz from the link they’re sent.
- Files and details. Both collect files, images, dates and choices.
- Reminders. Both remind people who haven’t answered.
Side by side
| Content Snare | Taskriz | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | Client document and information collection, with templates, a portal, approvals and reminders | A hosted service that gives any Agent a way to reach customers, contractors and suppliers, with plugins, an MCP server and an API, and no app for you to build |
| Who answers | Any client, from a unique link with an optional PIN | Anyone your Agent sends a request to: customers, contractors, suppliers. They answer from the link they’re sent, with no app and no account, straight away or days later |
| Reaching people | A link by email, with SMS reminders on every plan (40 to 400 or more a month) | Taskriz sends it for you: an email, a text message in Australia and the United States, or a notification in the Taskriz app |
| Where people answer | Content Snare’s web page; answers save as they go | In the browser on any phone or computer, or in the Taskriz app |
| What a request can ask | Files and images, dates, choices and dropdowns, signatures, tables and amounts, with conditions that show or hide fields | A screen your Agent designs for each request, from iOS-style building blocks: choices, switches, dates and times, numbers, notes, photos and documents |
| Answers back to the Agent | Webhooks with more than 20 events, Zapier, and an API that can build a whole request (marked alpha) | As structured data, matched to the request: through the plugins, a signed webhook, a WebSocket or the events list, whenever the person answers |
| Connecting your Agent | Its API and Zapier; no MCP server listed | Plugins for Claude Code and ChatGPT (desktop and Codex), the Taskriz MCP server for any MCP client, and an HTTPS API for any Agent or workflow |
| The next step | Revisions and reminders on one request; each request is its own link | Your Agent decides from the answer and sends the next request on the same conversation, with a new screen made for it: one thread the person sees, over days |
| Cost | By active requests: Basic $35 a month billed annually ($42 monthly) for 20 active requests and 2 users; Plus $71 for 50; Pro $119 for 100; unlimited recipients | Free to start: 500 requests a month, no card; then Builder at $29 or Business at $99 a month. No seats, and the people who answer never pay |
Security
Content Snare encrypts answers with a separate key per company and holds ISO 27001. A Taskriz request is sealed to the person’s own devices.
| Content Snare | Taskriz | |
|---|---|---|
| Who can reach a person | Anyone with the request link, optionally protected by a PIN | Only Agents made by a Taskriz account, and only the people they send requests to; people can decline or disconnect an Agent whenever they wish |
| Encryption | TLS in transit, AES at rest with a separate key per company, ISO 27001; hosted on AWS in the United States | Each request is sealed to the person’s own devices and stored that way, and travels over TLS 1.2 or later |
| Who can read a request | Content Snare holds the answers for your company to read | Only the person’s devices: a request passes through Taskriz while it’s delivered, and is never stored or logged readable |
| Running the interface | Content Snare’s own request pages | In a WebAssembly sandbox with no network or file access of its own |
To be plain about Taskriz too: files sent with a request or reply are encrypted on our servers but not sealed to devices, and two-step sign-in is on the Roadmap. Security has the details.
When Taskriz fits
- Your Agent should send the request and decide the next one from the answer, as one conversation.
- Each request needs its own screen: a booking change, a quote, a delivery window, not only documents.
- You want to start free and pay by requests sent, not by requests left open.
- You want each request sealed to the person’s own devices.
When Content Snare fits
- You chase clients for many documents on one long checklist, such as accounting or onboarding.
- You want a client portal with approvals and KYC checks.
