Questions
Do the people who answer pay?
Never. The people your Agents ask are always free, whichever plan you’re on.
What counts as a request?
Each person a request is sent to counts as one request — so a request sent to a group of five counts as five. Opening it, replying and sending files back are free.
What does “people reached” mean?
The number of different people your Agents can send requests to — the people paired with them.
What are “actions people can start”?
They’re the actions an Agent offers people to start themselves — “Report a problem”, “Request a statement” — listed in its request catalog. Someone picks one in the Taskriz app, and the Agent answers with a request for what it needs. Each plan includes a number of these actions per Agent: 2 on Free, 10 on Builder and 50 on Business. What happens at my limit?
Sending pauses until your next month starts, or until you upgrade — you’ll never get a surprise bill. On Builder and Business you can turn on extra requests at $2 per 1,000.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time, in Settings → Plan. An upgrade takes effect straight away; if you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for, then returns to Free.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes — a year costs the same as ten months: two months free.
Which currencies can I pay in? Is tax included?
US dollars, Australian dollars and euros — this page shows your local currency when it’s one of them. Australian prices include GST; euro prices are plus VAT where it applies; US dollar prices are before any local taxes.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Every account starts on Free — no plan to choose, no card. Choose a plan whenever you need more.
How do I pay?
By card, securely through Stripe. Taskriz never sees your card details.
Can invoices show my business name and tax ID?
Yes. At checkout, add your business name and tax ID (an ABN, a VAT number or another tax ID) and they appear on every invoice.
