Taskriz and Jotform
Both put the right fields in front of people outside your business. Jotform builds forms and AI Agents that people open or contact; Taskriz lets your Agent send a known customer, contractor or supplier a request made for that moment, and keep the conversation going.
In short
Jotform
Forms, e-signatures, payments and Jotform AI Agents, which walk people through a form in a conversation on your website, by SMS, WhatsApp, voice or email. Its MCP server lets an AI create and edit forms.
Taskriz
A service for reaching people outside your business. Your Agent sends a customer, contractor or supplier a request whose screen it designs (choices, dates, photos, documents), and gets the answer back as structured data. People answer from the link they’re sent, with no app and no account, and each answer can lead to the next request in the same conversation.
What they share
- No account for the person. People answer Jotform from a link or chat, and Taskriz from the link they’re sent.
- Rich answers. Both collect choices, dates and files.
- Made for AI. Both work with Claude and ChatGPT through MCP.
Side by side
| Jotform | Taskriz | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | A form builder with e-signatures, payments and conversational AI Agents | A hosted service that gives any Agent a way to reach customers, contractors and suppliers, with plugins, an MCP server and an API, and no app for you to build |
| Who answers | Anyone who opens a form link or contacts the AI Agent | Anyone your Agent sends a request to: customers, contractors, suppliers. They answer from the link they’re sent, with no app and no account, straight away or days later |
| Reaching people | You share a form link or QR code, or people contact the AI Agent on its channels; contacting the same person first, later, isn’t documented | Taskriz sends it for you: an email, a text message in Australia and the United States, or a notification in the Taskriz app |
| Where people answer | A web form, a chat on your website, SMS, WhatsApp, voice, email and Messenger | In the browser on any phone or computer, or in the Taskriz app |
| What a request can ask | A form made in advance: fields, file uploads, signatures and payments, which an AI Agent can walk people through | A screen your Agent designs for each request, from iOS-style building blocks: choices, switches, dates and times, numbers, notes, photos and documents |
| Answers back to the Agent | Webhooks, the API and its MCP server | As structured data, matched to the request: through the plugins, a signed webhook, a WebSocket or the events list, whenever the person answers |
| Connecting your Agent | An official MCP server that creates and edits forms, and MCP Apps that show forms inside Claude and ChatGPT | Plugins for Claude Code and ChatGPT (desktop and Codex), the Taskriz MCP server for any MCP client, and an HTTPS API for any Agent or workflow |
| The next step | A form or a chat in one session the person starts | Your Agent decides from the answer and sends the next request on the same conversation, with a new screen made for it: one thread the person sees, over days |
| Cost | Starter is free for 5 forms, 100 submissions and 100 AI conversations a month; Bronze $34, Silver $39 and Gold $99 a month billed annually; Enterprise by quote | Free to start: 500 requests a month, no card; then Builder at $29 or Business at $99 a month. No seats, and the people who answer never pay |
Security
Jotform keeps each submission for your account, with HIPAA features from Gold and EU data residency on Enterprise. A Taskriz request is sealed to the person’s own devices.
| Jotform | Taskriz | |
|---|---|---|
| Who can reach a person | Anyone with the form link, or anyone who contacts the AI Agent | Only Agents made by a Taskriz account, and only the people they send requests to; people can decline or disconnect an Agent whenever they wish |
| Encryption | HIPAA features from Gold, EU data residency on Enterprise; end-to-end encryption to the person isn’t stated | Each request is sealed to the person’s own devices and stored that way, and travels over TLS 1.2 or later |
| Who can read a request | Jotform holds each submission for your account to read | Only the person’s devices: a request passes through Taskriz while it’s delivered, and is never stored or logged readable |
| Running the interface | Jotform’s own form and chat pages | In a WebAssembly sandbox with no network or file access of its own |
To be plain about Taskriz too: files sent with a request or reply are encrypted on our servers but not sealed to devices, and two-step sign-in is on the Roadmap. Security has the details.
When Taskriz fits
- Your Agent reaches out to a known customer, contractor or supplier, rather than waiting for them to open a form.
- Each request needs its own screen, made for that moment by your Agent.
- The answer should lead to the next request, as one conversation over days.
- You want each request sealed to the person’s own devices, and 500 free requests a month.
When Jotform fits
- You need public forms, e-signatures or payments people open from your website.
- You want a chat agent that answers visitors on many channels.
