Taskriz and gotoHuman
Both put a person in the loop before an AI Agent carries on. gotoHuman is a review inbox for your team; Taskriz reaches anyone your Agent needs — customers, contractors, people in the field — on their phone or computer, with no seats.
In short
gotoHuman
A review inbox for AI agents and workflows, from a Berlin company. You design review types in its editor; your agent fills one in, and your team approves, rejects or edits the result in a web inbox, with email and Slack notices.
Taskriz
A service for reaching people. Your Agent sends a request whose interface it designs — choices, dates, photos, documents — to anyone paired with it, wherever they are, and gets their answer back as structured data. No seats, and free to start.
What they share
- A person before the Agent carries on. Both pause an Agent until a person has answered.
- A structured result. Both send the outcome back to the Agent, by webhook or API.
- MCP. Both offer an MCP server for Agents to use.
Side by side
| gotoHuman | Taskriz | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | A hosted review inbox for AI agents and workflows | A hosted service that gives any Agent a way to reach people — with plugins, an MCP server and an API, and no app for you to build |
| Who answers | Your team, signed in; and external reviewers you add in Settings, through a unique link | Anyone paired with your Agent — your team, your customers, contractors, family — wherever they are, straight away or hours later |
| Reaching people | Team members sign up; external reviewers get their link by email notice or through your own channels | Taskriz does it for you: an email invitation, your Agent’s QR code or its pairing code — and every new pairing is confirmed by email |
| Where people answer | A web inbox, with email and Slack notices; Microsoft Teams coming | The Taskriz app, in the browser on any phone or computer — nothing to install; email notices, and text messages in Australia (the United States soon) |
| What a request can ask | A review type designed in advance in gotoHuman’s editor — text, images, markdown and JSON to check, with buttons, checkboxes and selections; reviewers can edit the content or retry it | An interface your Agent designs for each request, from iOS-style building blocks — screens, lists, choices, switches, dates and times, numbers, notes, photos and documents — following world-leading human interface guidelines |
| Answers back to the Agent | A webhook, with retries, or the API | As structured data, matched to the request: through the plugins, a signed webhook, a WebSocket or the events list — whenever the person answers |
| Connecting your Agent | JavaScript and Python SDKs, an HTTP API, n8n, Make, LangGraph and an MCP server | Plugins for Claude Code and ChatGPT (desktop and Codex), the Taskriz MCP server for any MCP client, and an HTTPS API for any Agent or workflow |
| People starting things | Trigger forms, for signed-in team members | Your Agent’s request catalog — actions people start themselves from the Taskriz app — for anyone paired with it |
| Cost | Free for 1 user and 300 reviews a month; Team $79 a month with 5 users, Business $350 with 20, Enterprise from $950 — extra users charged on paid plans | Free to start — 500 requests a month, no card; then Builder at $29 or Business at $99 a month. No seats, and the people who answer never pay |
Security
gotoHuman encrypts data on the way and at rest and keeps it on European servers, mainly. Taskriz goes a step further on who can read a request: it’s sealed to the person’s own devices.
| gotoHuman | Taskriz | |
|---|---|---|
| Who can reach a person | Your team, and external reviewers you add | Only people who paired with your Agent — by accepting an invitation, scanning a QR code or entering a pairing code — and every new pairing is confirmed by email |
| Encryption | Encrypted in transit and at rest | Each request is sealed to the person’s own devices and stored that way, and travels over TLS 1.2 or later |
| Who can read a request | gotoHuman’s servers and your reviewers | Only the person’s devices — a request passes through Taskriz while it’s delivered, and is never stored or logged readable |
| Where data is kept | European servers, mainly; its core services are certified under SOC 3 and ISO 27001 | On Amazon Web Services, encrypted at rest and in transit; our logs record delivery details only — never the content of requests or replies |
To be plain about Taskriz too: files sent with a request or reply are encrypted on our servers but not sealed to devices, and two-step sign-in is on the Roadmap. Security has the details.
When Taskriz fits
- The people your Agent needs are outside your team — customers, contractors, people in the field — and should answer on their phone, wherever they are.
- Your Agent designs each request for what it needs, including photos and documents back from the person.
- You don’t want to pay per seat: with Taskriz you pay by requests, and the people who answer never pay.
- You want each request sealed to the person’s own devices.
When gotoHuman fits
- Your own team reviews and edits AI output — drafts, posts, documents — before it goes out.
- You want to design review forms in a no-code editor and run them from n8n or Make.
Questions
What’s the difference between gotoHuman and Taskriz?
gotoHuman is a review inbox where your team approves, rejects or edits what AI agents produce, using review types you design in advance. Taskriz takes your Agent’s request — in an interface it designs — to anyone paired with it, on their phone or computer, and brings the answer back.
Is there an alternative to gotoHuman?
Yes. If your Agent needs answers from people outside your team, on their phones, without seats, Taskriz does that — and it’s free to start.
Can people outside my team use gotoHuman?
You can add external reviewers in Settings, and they review through a unique link without an account. Taskriz is built for reaching people outside your team — anyone paired with your Agent — and sends the invitations and notices itself.
Does gotoHuman charge per seat?
Its plans include users — 1 on Free, 5 on Team, 20 on Business — with extra users charged on paid plans. Taskriz has no seats: you pay by requests, and the people who answer never pay.
About this comparison
gotoHuman was checked in October 2026 from gotohuman.com, its pricing and its documentation. gotoHuman is made by gotoHuman UG in Berlin; Taskriz is not affiliated with it. What Taskriz is building next is on the Roadmap.
