Add “ask the customer” to your product, without building forms, portals or messaging.

Your software, or the AI inside it, sends a request in plain words to a customer, contractor or supplier. Taskriz makes the screen for that request, reaches the person by email, text or app, and returns their answer to you as data.

Jobs stall waiting on people outside the business

The quote waits for an approval, the visit waits for a time, the report waits for a photo. So every field-service, facilities, property and compliance product ends up building the same things: forms, a customer portal, reminder emails and texts, and a way to chase. Taskriz is that part, as a service your product calls.

How it works

1. Ask

Your product sends the questions in plain words, with a line of context: “Is the amount correct?”, “When will you pay?”.

2. The screen made for it

Taskriz designs the request (buttons, a calendar, a choice of options, a box for the details) and sends it under your customer’s business name.

3. The answer back as data

Each answer comes back matched to its question, on the same thread, whether that takes minutes or days.

A Taskriz request to a contractor, Hot Water Job: the gas hot water at 14 Smith St, Richmond won’t light; a Choose Photo button, a box for what they found, a choice of Thu 5, Fri 6 or Mon 9, and access by lockbox, tenant in or call me, then Send.
A request to a contractor: a photo, a note, a day and access, in one go.

What the person sees

An email, text or app notification from the business they deal with, and one tap to the request. They answer in one tap, with no app and no account needed. It looks and feels native on their phone or computer.

Security

Every request and answer is encrypted to the people it’s for. Requests run in a sandbox on the person’s device. See Security for how it works and where data is kept.

How we work with software companies

We start with a small pilot with one of your customers, and agree pricing per completed request. Talk to us and we’ll work out what fits your product.

Talk to us about a pilot

Tell us about your product and the requests your customers wait on. This is Taskriz Website Chat, the same chat your customers could have on their own websites.
